A Guide to get over a guy without getting under an other one …

keep your distance from social media for some time…

Avoid discussing it with your girlfriends… as much as they love you they will advise you based on their experiences-that have nothing to do with your case- and most likely they had bad experiences since you were drowned to them for advice…law of attraction always works!! the result will be for you to stay in this low vibration -meaning, having this unbearable feeling of rejection- for a very long time….

  • Step 3

when the negative emotion rises and is overwhelming try NOT to react to it

Feel it…embrace it…forgive yourself and try to redirect your thinking by eating chocolate or by watching a funny movie, by listening to an inspiring lecture or listen to your favourite music. Do something fun! if you'll ask for guidance the universe will send you a sigh of what to listen to.

  • Step 4

If you manage to calm down your overwhelmness even just a nudge down …keep doing some small fun things in order to keep the higher frequency.

  • Step 5

if you have stabilised your emotional state in this more relaxing frequency , send love to that person. Try to be empathetic to his reality. Realise that you are a mirror, so try locate your weak spot that this circumstance is reflecting back to you.

HAVE IN MIND as much as shocking it can be….that…

WHAT YOU FEEL HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE OTHER PERSON!!!

THE OTHER PERSON IS JUST A TRIGGER ! A PROJECTION

  • Step 6.

Self reflect BUT Do not force anything. The rational mind because of the EGO will react . if reaction kicks in, stop and start this process from the beginning and stop to any step that you feel comfortable with, until you own it. Don’t be disappointed. Be proud! you are giving yourself permission to do all this work.

BEING AWARE OF WHAT IS GOING ON MENTALLY IS A HUGE THING!!MOST OF US WE ARE CONDITIONED TO JUST REACT And BLAME CIRCUMSTANCES SO IN THAT CASE THEY SEEM UNCHANGEABLE.

If you are at a stage that you just cannot manage the overwhelmenness of the negative feelings and you are becoming very emotional…mediate or go to sleep.Do whatever it takes to put you to sleep… Don’t fight the emotion!

  • Step 7

never judge you or the other person

you and the other are ONE in this field of energy. -entanglement theory has been proven…sorry…

  • Step 8

If you have reached this step it means that you have managed to calm down your overwhelmness and your obsessive overdrive mental chatter…so now think of fun thoughts about your future and your achieved endeavours

  • Step 9

Get in the mood of your wished future as if it happens right now!!Use props of you need, like rehearsing for a theatrical play

Get inside the role of your Choice!! Always Leading role!! never and extra in your movie

If you are again at a stage that you just cannot manage the overwhelmenness of the negative feelings and you are becoming very emotional…mediate or go to sleep.Do whatever it takes to put you to sleep… Don’t fight the emotionTOMORROW WILL BE A NEW DAY

BE OPEN TO WELCOME NEW POSSIBILITIES !

Repeat all the above steps !
